Valentine's Day Special - Chocolate Truffles | Homemade Truffles



INGREDIENTS:

Chocolate Truffles

Sweetened Condensed Milk - 300 ml

Cocoa Powder - 15gm + 7gm

Unsalted Butter -15gm + 5gm

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - 100gm

Chocolate Sprinkles


METHOD

· In a pan, add condensed milk and cocoa powder, stir continuously on medium flame

· Add Butter and keep stirring until mixture is thickened enough

· Switch off the flame and add sweet chocolate chips

· Keep stirring until it is more thicker

· Greese a pan, add the chocolate mixture and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours

· Take lemon slice and mate it round shape and cover with sprinkles


INGREDIENTS:

White Chocolate Truffles

Whipping Cream - 125ml

White chocolate - 200gm

Vanilla - 1 tbsp

Unsalted Butter - 15gm

Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - 30gm

Food Colour - Red

Red Sprinkles


METHOD

· In a pan, Add whipping cream and White Chocolate, mix well on medium flame

· Keep stirring the mixture until mixture start thickening, add food colour, mix well.

· Then pour it in the mould and bring it to room temperature.

· Now add Choco chips and keep it in fridge for 4 hours
