Mutton Fry in Microwave | Mutton Fry Restaurant Style



INGREDIENT

Mutton – 600 gm

Salt - ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Turmeric - ½ tsp/5 gm

Garam Masala - 1 tsp/5 gm

Chilli Powder - ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Oil - 1 tbsp/15 ml

Yogurt - 2 tbsp/ 30 gm

Oil - 2 tbsp/ 30 ml

Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp/15 gm

Finely Chopped Onion - 1 Medium

Salt - As per Taste

Turmeric powder - ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Coriander Powder - 1 tsp/5 gm

Garam masala - 2 tsp/ 10 gm

Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Chopped Onion – 2 Medium

Chopped Tomato – 1 Medium

Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp/15 ml

Coriander Leaves - Handful


METHOD

  • In a Bowl add Mutton, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Oil and Mix well.

  • Add Yogurt and mix well.

  • Spread and microwave for 15 minutes.

  • Meanwhile in a Pan add Oil, Garlic Paste, Chopped Onion, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt and fry.

  • Add Mutton, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala and mix well.

  • Sprinkle some Water then cover and cook for 5 minutes (Repeat the same process for 2 more times).

  • Add chopped Onion, chopped Tomato then cover and cook for 5 more minutes.

  • Finally garnish with few drops of Lemon and handful of chopped Coriander Leaves.
