Easiest & Quickest Mutton Curry


INGREDIENT

Cashew Nuts – 1/3 Cup/80 gm

Whole Red Chillies – 2-3 Nos

Cubed Tomato – 1 Medium

Fried Onion - 2 Medium

Oil – 3 tbsp/45 ml

Bay Leaves – 2 Nos.

Black Cardamom – 2 Nos.

Green Cardamom – 4 Nos.

Cloves – 4 Nos.

Cinnamon – 1 Inch

Peppercorn – 1 tbsp/15 gm

Mutton – 750 gm

Ginger Garlic Paste – 3 tsp/15 gm

Turmeric – ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tsp/10 gm

Coriander Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm

Salt – As per taste

Garam Masala – 1 tbsp/15 gm

Water – 250 ml

Kewra Water – ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Coriander Leaves – Handful


METHOD

  • In a grinder add Whole Red Chillies, Cashew Nuts, Fried Onion and grind it coarsely

  • Add Cubed Tomato and make a paste.

  • In a Cooker add Oil, Bay Leaves, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Peppercorn and Fry.

  • Add Mutton and fry for 5 Minutes.

  • Add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and cook for 2-3 Minutes.

  • Add Paste and cook for 2-3 Minutes.

  • Add Garam Masala, Water then cover and give 4-5 Whistles.

  • Add Kewra Water and Coriander leaves.
