Quick & Easy Chicken Curry in just 30 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

Chicken – 600 gm

Salt – 1 tsp/5 gm

Turmeric – ½ tsp /2.5 gm

Oil – 3 tbsp/45 ml

Black Cardamom – 2 Nos.

Green Cardamom – 4 Nos

Cinnamon – 1 Inch

Cloves – 4 Nos

Black Pepper – 8-10 Nos

Red Whole Chillies – 2 Nos

Onion (Finely Chopped) – 1 Medium

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1.5 tbsp

Tomato Puree – ½ Cup (1 Tomato)

Turmeric – ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Salt – As per taste

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm

Chilli Powder – ½ tsp/2.5 gm

Coriander Powder- 1 tsp/5 gm

Amchor Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm


METHOD


  • In a Bowl take 600 gm of Chicken pieces, Turmeric Powder and Salt.

  • Mix well together and Pan fry the Chicken.

  • In a Pan add Oil, Chicken and cook for 3 minutes – Separate the Chicken.

  • Add Red Whole Chillies, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper and fry for 2 Minutes.

  • Add Finely Chopped Onion and fry till Brownish.

  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste and Mix well.

  • Now add Tomato Puree, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder and Mix Well.

  • Once Oil separate add chicken and cook for 3 Minutes.

  • Add Water, Cover and Cook for 10 Minutes on Medium to high flame.

  • Now add Garam Masala, Amchor Powder, Cover and Cook for another 2 Minutes.

  • Add Whole Green Chillies and Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
