Next Level Veg Biryani | Paneer Tikka Biryani | Paneer Biryani Recipe

This video is about Paneer Tikka Biryani - Biryani is a spice mix of rice with delicious combination of vegetables. Paneer tikka biryani is an aromatic basmati rice, with paneer tikka and topped off with spices, mint and fried cashews.


INGREDIENTS

Marination Cottage Cheese - 350 gm Hung Curd - 150 gm Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp / 30 gm Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp / 15 ml Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp / 15 ml Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp / 2.5 gm Salt - As per taste Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp / 15 gm Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1 tsp / 5 gm Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp / 2.5 gm Garam Masala - 1 tsp / 5 gm Amchoor Powder - 1 tsp / 5 gm Gram Flour - 2 tbsp / 30 gm Rice Cooking Boil Water Whole Garam Masala Salt– 1 tsp / 5 gm Oil– 1 tbsp / 15 ml Basmati Rice - 1 ½ Cups / 375 gm Cook till Rice is 90% done. Paneer Tikka Cooking Oil– 2 tbsp / 30 ml Heat the Oil and Fry the Paneer from both sides till golden brown. Masala Cooking Clarified Butter - 2 tbsp / 30 ml Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp / 5 gm Black Pepper - 1 tsp / 5 gm Onion Sliced - 1 Medium Green Chillies - 3 Nos Cashews - 2 tbsp / 30 gm Potatoes - 1 Cup Cauliflower - 1 Cup Carrot - ½ Cup Salt– As per taste Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp / 2.5 gm Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp / 5 gm Coriander Powder - 1 tsp / 5 gm Garam Masala - 1 tsp Paneer Tikka Mariantion Gravy

METHOD

Paneer Tikka Biryani

  • Take a bowl and add Cottage Cheese, Hung Curd, Ginger Garlic Paste Lemon Juice, Mustard Oil, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Chili Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala ; Amchoor Powder and mix it well

  • Add Gram Flour, Cottage Cheese

  • Mix Well, Cover and Set aside for 30 mins.

Paneer Tikka Cooking

  • Arrange the Paneer in a wooden skewers

  • Heat the Oil and Fry the Paneer from both sides till golden brown.

Rice Cooking

  • Boil Water in a bowl

  • Add Whole Garam Masala, Salt, Oil and boiled it

  • Add Soaked Basmati Rice and Cook till Rice is 90% done.

Masala Cooking

  • Bring frying Pan and Clarified Butter, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Green Chillies, Onion Sliced Medium and mix it well

  • Add Cashews, Ginger Garlic Paste, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Carrot and mix it well

  • Add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder , Garam Masala, Paneer Tikka

  • Add little water in remaining Marinated Gravy

  • Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes

  • Add Cooked Rice and Mix Well

  • Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes

  • Divide the Rice Mix

  • Add Paneer Tikka

  • Add Mint Leaves

  • Add Coriander Leaves

  • Then add the rest of the Rice Mix

  • Add Paneer Tikka

  • Add Kewra Water

  • Add Mint Leaves

  • Add Coriander Leaves

  • Cover and Simmer for 10 minutes.
