INGREDIENT


Boiled Potato – 4 Nos

Chili Flakes – 1 tbsp/5 gm

Oregano – 1 tbsp/5gm

Salt – 1 tsp/5gm

Corn Starch – 3 tbsp/30 gm

Pizza Sauce – ½ Cup/125 gm

Mozzarella Cheese – 1 Cup

Onion (Cubed) – Half

Capsicum (Cubed) - Half

Sliced Jalapeno – 2 Nos

Olive (Sliced) – 4-5 Nos

Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp/5gm

Oregano – 1 tsp/5gm

Salt – ½ tsp or As per taste


METHOD

  • In a Bowl, grate Boiled Potatoes and add Oregano, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Corn Starch.

  • Mix well and make a dough.

  • Take half of the dough and place in between Plastic food wrap.

  • For Pizza base, flat the dough using hand and using rolling pin.

  • In a Pan spread some Oil, place the pizza base, cook on low flame for Crispy Pizza Base and flip it and repeat the process for the other side.

  • Spread Pizza Sauce on Pizza Base and add Mozzarella Cheese, Sprinkle Oregano, Sprinkle Chilli Flakes, Salt, Cubed Onion, Cubed Capsicum, Sliced Olive, Sliced Jalapeno.

  • Sprinkle some more Mozzarella Cheese, Chilli Flakes and Oregano, Cover and cook on low flame for 10 Minutes.

  • Remove the cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 Minutes for Crispy Base.

  • Transfer into a Pizza Cutting Board and cut into a Slices.
