French Toast | French Toast for Breakfast

INGREDIENT

Whole Eggs – 2 Nos

Egg White – 1 Nos

White Bread – 6 Pieces

Butter – 2 tbsp/30 gm

Milk – 240 ml/ 1 Cup

Cream – 120 ml/ ½ Cup

Salt – ½ tsp/5 gm

Chilli Powder – ½ tsp/5 gm

Cinnamon Powder – ½ tsp/5 gm

Sugar - 2 tbsp/30 gm

Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp/30 gm


METHOD


  • In a Bowl add Raw Egg and stir it well.

  • Add Cream, Milk, Salt, Chilli Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Sugar, Maple Syrup.

*If no maple Strup available add extra 2 tbsp Sugar.

  • Mix well.

  • Place Bread on a tray and spread Egg mixture.

  • Place second bread and spread Egg Mixture.

  • Pour the remaining mixture in the tray and let it rest for 2 minutes.

  • In a Pan, heat butter in low flame.

  • Fry the toast on each side on low flame.
