INGREDIENT
Oil – 2 tbsp/ 30 ml
Cumin Seed – 1 tsp/5 gm
Badi Elaichi - 2 Nos
Elaichi – 4 Nos
Clove – 4 Nos
Cinnamon – 1 Inch
Star Anise – 2 Nos
Chopped Onion – 2 Medium
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp/30 gm
Chopped Tomato – 2 Medium
Salt – As per taste
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp/2.5 gm
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp/2.5 gm
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm
Yogurt – 2 tbsp/30 ml
Dhaniya Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm
Garam Masala – 1 tsp/5 gm
Eggs – 2 Nos
Rice – 1 Cup (Soaked in water for 15 Minutes)
Water - 1.5 cup/375 ml
Oil – 1 tsp/5 ml
Desi Ghee – 1 tbsp/15 gm
Cashew nuts – 3 tbsp/45 gm
Kismis -1.5 tbsp/20 gm
Peppercorn – 1 tsp/5 gm
Turmeric – ½ tsp/2.5 gm
Red Chilli – ½ tsp/2.5 gm
Kashmiri Chilli – 1 tsp/5 gm
Jeera Powder – ½ tsp/5 gm
Salt – 1 tsp/5 gm
Amchoor Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm
Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp/5 gm
Garam Masala – 1 tsp/5 gm
Boiled Potatoes – 1 No
Boiled Eggs – 4 Nos
Garnish with Raw Onion and Coriander Leaves
METHOD
In a Cooker add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Green Cardamom, Clove, Chopped Onion and fry till golden brown.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Chopped Tomatoes and mix well.
Add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Yogurt and Mix well.
Add Coriander Powder, Garam Masala.
Add Raw Egg, cook for a minutes and add Oil.
Soak 1 cup of Rice in Water for 15 Minutes and add the Soaked Rice on the mixture.
Add 1.5 cup of Water, cover and give 2 Whistle.
In a separate Pan add Oil, Clarified Ghee, Cashew Nuts, Raisin, fry till brownish and keep aside.
In the same Pan add Potato and fry till Brownish.
Add Black Pepper, Salt, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder,
Red Chilli Powder, Mango Powder, Garam Masala and fry for a minute.
Add Boiled Egg, mix well and add dried dry fruits, Whole Green Chilli and mix well.
Add the mixture to Rice and mix well.
Garnish with Raw Onion and Coriander Leaves.
