INGREDIENTS
Aloo Chaat Boiled Potatoes - 2 Medium Corn - 1 Cup Chopped Coriander - Handful Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp / 15 gm Chopped Jalapeno - 2 Nos Garam Masala - 2 tsp / 10 gm Salt - As per taste Cornstarch Powder - 4 tbsp / 60 gm Chillli Potato Cake Boiled Potatoes - 4 Medium Boiled Corn - 1/2 cup/125 gm Chopped Coriander - Handful Garam Masala - 2 tsp/10 gm Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp/5 gm Salt - As per taste Lemon Juice - 1tbsp/15 ml Chopped Jalapeno - 3 tbsp/1 medium Cornstarch Powder - 3 tbsp/45 gm Oil - 2 tbsp/30 ml Yogurt Dip Yogurt - 1 Cup Chopped Coriander - Handful Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp / 15 gm Chopped Jalapeno - 2 Nos Salt - As per taste
METHOD
Aloo Chaat Preparation
Take a pan and put oil
Add 2 medium potatoes in a (cubed cut) and shallow fry till Golden Brown
Drained it and add Pomegranate Power, Chaat Masala, Black Salt, Salt, Tamarind Water and mix well
Add Mint Chutney
Chilli Potato Cake Preparation
Boiled 4 Medium Potatoes and crushed in a bowl
Add Boiled Corn, Handful Chopped Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Chopped Jalapeno, Garam Masala, Salt, Limon Juice, Cornstarch Powder and mix well
Take a Pan and add oil
Make round and flat patties and cook/fry and flip until it turns golden brown
Press it lightly to make it more flat
Yogurt Dip Preparation
Take a bowl and add 3/4 cup of Yogurt and mix well
Add on Chopped Jalapeno, Chopped Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice and mix well
