Tawa Chicken is an extremely easy and can be made within 15 minutes for your lunch & Dinner. It is sauté in tawa with spices, onions, seedless tomatoes which gives great aroma and taste. This tawa chicken recipe is just super easy to make especially for busy days and goes well with naan or paratha. INGREDIENTS
Chicken Thigh – 500 gm Turmeric – ½ tsp/2.5 gm Chilli Powder - ½ tsp/2.5 gm Salt - ½ tsp/2.5 gm Yogurt – 2 tbsp/30 gm Oil – 2 tbsp/30 gm Ginger (Chopped) – 1 tbsp/15 gm Garlic (Chopped) – 1 tbsp/15 gm Salt - As Per Taste Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm Coriander Powder – 1 tsp/5 gm Cumin Power – ½ tsp/2.5 gm Garam Masala – 2 tsp/10 gm Onion – 1 Small Tomato – 1 Medium Slitted Green Chillies Lemon Juice - Half Coriander Leaves (Chopped) – Handful
METHOD
In a Bowl add Chicken Thigh, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt, Yogurt.
Mix it well and keep it aside.
In a Pan add Oil, Chopped Ginger, Chopped Garlic and fry for sometime.
Add Chicken and Saute for 5 Minutes.
Then add Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala.
Mix Well and Saute for 2 Minutes.
Add Chopped Onion, Chopped Deseeded Tomato then Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Saute for another 2 Minutes then add Slitted Green Chillies, Lemon Juice and Chopped Coriander Leaves.
Mix Well and Tawa Chicken is ready…
