Avocado Mango Salsa - This avocado mango salsa is a creamy and colorful party dish with chips. The combination of flavors, sweet and salty with a tangy hint of lime makes this a winner.

Sweet Mango Chili Salsa

Chili Mango Salsa - It’s irresistibly sweet and spicy, super simple to make, and outrageously delicious. Plus, it’s extremely colorful and serves this fresh mango salsa with chips, on tacos or salads, or as a salad itself. It’s that super yummy!


INGREDIENTS

Avocado Mango Salsa Onion (Chopped) – 2 medium Avocado – 2 Nos Fresh Cream – ½ cup/125 ml Safeda Mango -1/2 Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp/ 15 ml Salt – As per taste Fresh Cream – ¼ cup/60 ml Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp/ 15 ml Salt – As per taste Chilli Mango Salsa Sweet Mango - 1 cup Green Raw Mango - ½ cup Finely Chopped Onion – 1 Medium Finely Chopped Tomatoes - 1 Medium Coriander Leaves - ½ Cup Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp / 15 ml Green Chilies - 3 Nos Salt - As per taste Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp / 15 gm Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp / 15 gm

METHOD


Avocado Mango Salsa

  • Take medium size bowl and add finely Chopped Onion

  • Cut Avocado into pieces and mash the hard pieces well

  • Add fresh cream and mix well

  • Add Safeda Mango, lemon Juice, Salt.

  • Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes

  • Add Fresh Cream, Lemon Juice, Salt

  • Mix well and keep it in the fridge before serving

Chilli Mango Salsa

  • Take medium size bowl and add Safeda Mango, Green Raw Mango, Chopped Onion, Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves.

  • Mix well and add Lemon Juice, Green Chilies, Salt

  • Add Red Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala

  • Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes

  • For better flavour release the juice

  • Mix well and keep it in the fridge before service
