Dalgona Coffee - Popularly known as Beaten/whipped Coffee or Phetti Coffee (in Hindi) is a beverage made by whipping equal proportions of instant coffee powder, sugar, and hot water until it becomes creamy and thick and then adding it to cold or hot milk. Top it with coffee powder, cocoa for a great taste. We have made it in 3 ways - Hot Dalgona Coffee, Cold Dalgona Coffee, and Hot Chocolate Dalgona.
INGREDIENTS
Dalgona Coffee HOT Instant Coffee Powder – 3 tbsp / 45 gm Sugar – 3 tbsp / 45 gm Hot Water – 3 tbsp Hot Milk – 300 ml Cocoa Powder – Sprinkle Dalgona Coffee COLD Cold Milk – 150 ml Vanilla Ice-Cream – 2 Scoops Water – 3 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder – 1 tsp / 5 gm Cocoa Powder – 1 tsp / 5 gm Dalgona Coffee HOT Chocolate Milk – 300 ml Milk Chocolate – 30 gm Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp / 30 gm Cocoa Powder – 1 tbsp / 15 gm Water – 4 tbsp / 60 ml
METHOD
Dalgona Coffee HOT
In a small bowl, combine the coffee, sugar, and HOT water and Whisk it well or Using a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip on one of the higher speeds.
Whip the entire mixture for till it becomes frothy and fluffy. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn't get whipped.
Pour Hot Milk in a glass and add the beaten coffee on top of it.
Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.
Sprinkle some Cocoa Powder and Sip n enjoy it!
Dalgona Coffee COLD
Pour COLD Milk in a Blender Jar, Scoops of Vanilla Ice-Cream, water, Instant Coffee Powder, Cocoa Powder, and Blend it.
Take a Glass, add some Ice Cubes, add our blended coffee, and add the beaten coffee on top of it.
Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.
Sip and enjoy it!
Dalgona Coffee Hot Chocolate
In a Pan, heat mil, when the boil comes in, Add Milk Chocolate, Mix it well.
Now add fresh cream, Cocoa Powder, water, and whist it continuously on a low flame
In a Cup, Pour our Hot Chocolate, add the beaten coffee on top of it.
Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.
Sprinkle some Cocoa Powder and Sip n enjoy it!
